The mission of the Business Partners, the Chamber for Uptown, is to provide comprehensive support services and access to technical assistance programs to businesses and economic investors located in and serving Uptown. The assistance furnished by the Business Partners will insure that Uptown businesses have the opportunity and tools to thrive, and that the needs for goods and services in the community are met.

Chamber Luncheon Honoring Selwyn Weiss, April 5

You are invited to a chamber luncheon honoring Selwyn Weiss, the owner of Uptown Car Wash, in business in Uptown since 1953. Even if you don't know Selwyn personally, please come out to the Chamber's first luncheon of the new year, connect with Uptown's history, and enjoy lunch with your fellow Uptown business people. $20 includes full meal with appetizers, main course, and beverage. Networking Event/Loan Options Workshop 4/19/06

Small business networking event followed by small business loan options workshop. Please come and meet other small business owners and Hull House clients, exchange business cards, and share information!

A panel of professionals will discuss various financing options and answer questions you might have about the various loan programs relating to your business needs. Come and learn about the different types of loan programs, and how to utilize the information to benefit your startup business or business expansion.
